Shipping

Orders containing preorder items or items ordered from the supplier are often sent once all items in the order are in stock. Delivery times for orders from suppliers are subject to product availability, we promptly respond to orders from the supplier with an ETA.

Some products do not have set release dates and we are not able to advise when they will be shipped until the supplier dispatches the product to us or gives us an approximate ETA. 

Flat rate shipping on domestic products

Geekout provides flat rate shipping for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.

Tracking number will be provided. 

International orders

International buyers are welcome. However, please note that import duties, taxes and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
